I don't either.
Mike has been top notch for the almost 3 years I have been with phatservers. He has always given me more than what I have asked for. And my account is virtual.
Mike, I still want to know which wine you guys drink up there! I can get you some great latinamerican ones, as I promised that first day when you set up my account and solved problems so fast. -
I haven't been a customer of Phatservers in quite awhile, but I have to admit that Mike is top notch.

Mike, Chris, and Keith all teamed up on a script problem I was having... I assumed since it wasn't really strictly hosting-related that I'd have to resolve it on my own, but they kept cranking on it and out of the blue this afternoon they came up with the solution, tested it thoroughly in my script, and THEN emailed me to tell me it was all taken care of.
