Anzacs are easy, you can make them yourself ... alter the recipe a bit and they are goey and chewy instead of dry and crunchy ;-)

I'd be happy to post tim tams to the junkies out there, but it costs about $40 to airmail a kilogram (about 8-10 packets) which is kinda rediculous ... but I guess it depends how much you like them ;-)
