A nifty trick...courtesy of Choppa and Mrs. Choppa: bite off both ends of a Tim Tam, put one end in a glass of Port and sip the Port through the Tim Tam. You can only do this for a little bit, like one sip, but then eat the Tim Tam----Yummy!!!!!!Comment

hehe... i was in the supermarket the other night after working late at about 2am... i was walking down an aisle and the words "Tim Tams" caught my eye. i spun around and said "fuck yeah... gotta try those!!". another woman was standing there and saw me and looked at me a little wierd, offending by my language and i think i startled her a little.
then as i reached for the box, i realized it said "Tam Tams" and were some Jewish crackers and i was standing in the ethnic foods section. she was confused. i was confused. we both just looked at each other, turned to face opposite directions and quickly walked away from each other.
i'm just a dumb american

Anzacs are easy, you can make them yourself ... alter the recipe a bit and they are goey and chewy instead of dry and crunchy ;-)
I'd be happy to post tim tams to the junkies out there, but it costs about $40 to airmail a kilogram (about 8-10 packets) which is kinda rediculous ... but I guess it depends how much you like them ;-)Comment
