                      Used to be WS_FTP Pro but nowadays I'm using FileZilla.. mainly because I can connect via SFTP & FTP using the same client.

                                                                                                                                                                  You can always use Windows Explorer as an FTP program. It works just like Windows Explorer on your computer. Open it up and type in:

                                                                                                                                                                  ftp.yourdomain.com

                                                                                                                                                                  up at the top. It will prompt you for the user/pass. Then you just go about moving files as you would on windows explorer.

                                                                                                                                                                          cuteftp seems most complex/powerful..
                                                                                                                                                                          flashfxp is pretty basic, but you can load multiple copies of it as well.. and use it to FXP (connect two servers together)..
