Webmaster Access West is always a great time and one of the best shows of the year, and the XBIZ show will be in February. Hollywood and Los Angeles is Porntown USA. It's like everyone coming home for a high school reunion when Hollywood shows happen.

I find Hollywood itself to be rather lackluster. I stayed at The Standard which was a cool hotel for a reasonable price last time I was there. I need somebody in the know to tell me where to find the "real Hollywood". I will have to hit you up next time I'm in town.

It's not really a day trip from Vegas - more like an overnight trip. It's about a 4-5 hour drive depending on traffic, sometimes longer. But if you get the chance it's certainly worth it!

hollywood is a shit hole man....it is like all the bums, electronics shops and crappy food joints in LA all decided at once that the heart of hollywood is where they needed to be

Spent a signifcant amount of time there as a heathen youth back in the 80s. Trippy place, very fun. Glad to see it's being cleaned up a bit, it was pretty dirty at one time.
