whenever my IE6 is opened i get some unwanted pop-ups and trojans and i cant get rid of them. i tried with norton antivirus, lavasoft ad-aware but with no luck.. 
any ideas ?

Try doing a system restore at a point before you think you got the virus/spyware/malware.
