any hosting companies burning the midnight oil?

looking for a dedicated server:
-50mbit capped
-managed
-please specify cogent/tier1
-accessible support staff
-and most importantly, a host that's on top of securing the server. i don't want to be looking over anyones shoulders to make sure things are running smoothly.

swiftwill's been recommended, interested to see what else is out there

leave quotes & icq/email

just to throw it out there i'll do it for a 1000 on the tier 1 net and you can have verio and level3 and uunet and teleglobe, and aol and roadrunner and sprint and cox and primus and globlal crossing and t systems and mo9re on it. these are direct peers, not i got lets say verio and they connect to people, I have 17 in all. have cogent too, if you need it. lets talk.
