Thats the stuff I couldn't spell above, haha. Maybe its just that with Mayo like you all said.

Here is one recipe for it:

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons hot chile paste
1 teaspoon hot chile oil
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Just mix it all together.
