try fdsign.com, the most grounbreaking and high converting designs hands down, and the price is very fair. other people we've used and are good, even tho a little more money involved is wolume.com, wyldesites.com (well, a lot more money involved) and even tho we never used them, I like sexxxydesign.com as well
