Well, it was just a question. I'm building some new sites and was doing SEO.

According to google "Important, high-quality sites receive a higher PageRank." To get a high PR, a site needs to have a high quality and quantity of links; therefore, I assumed a site with a PR5 would have more links than a PR2, and thus would make more money from the greater traffic. Meaning if I promote sponsors with a higher PR, I'll make more money?

Or am I wrong?

PR and link popularity are different pair of shoes. There are plenty of things you can do wrong to fuck up your PR (like linking to your own sites) but this would not influence your link popularity. Therefore you can still get a lot of SE traffic if your PR is low but you have many links coming in.

Correct but you have to buy Google shares to rank high.

As long as you have applied and sumbbitted your sites before last week's deadline via the TA-115 forms your PR should be a min of 5 in two weeks from the deadline.

That is an incorrect conclusion to reach.

1. PR is not as important as SERP

2. Some program's PR or SERP is not going to effect you except that they may be getting the SERP you want.

I just always thought that PR, SERP, and Link Pop were all somehow related.
