HUGE like 100-200 bucks a month? ;)

I see another potential problem, some hater can get your epassporte account closed easily, if I'm not mistaken if someone enters the wrong password three times your account gets blocked, and then you have to call epass. support to get it fixed, not sure if it's worth the hassle.

LOL I have thought of this idea like 2 years ago... developed an automated system and fully featured website with all sorts of methods but in the end the risk of fraud was too big. I decided to sell off everything.

no, at least not that I know of.

systems like that will always be vulnerable to fraud, unless you have some bank backing you or some EXTREME security measures it is almost not profitable.

Or as Jace said someone who only takes referred customers so he knows it isn't just any Joe Schmoe.
