Unfortunately UnseenWorld is right. It's really sick but it would not be considered child pornography. Pornography is the despiction of the sexual act. Just displaying nudity is not pornography. It still should be illegal in the US due to COPA II . Now the question is if promoting such content that is fully legal in e.g. Russia is against COPA II or not. I guess if it is operating in the US and still can do so it is operating in a grey area that is left open by the law. The public aproach should help make Rackshack shut them down but this will just a temporary solution. My fear is that this kind of content will sicken us for a long time until international laws completely ban such content.
By the way nudist magazines publish such stuff for ages promoting all family nudist colonies.
