your flash designs take AGES to load even on a high speed connection, most of that flash stuff could be accomplished with a mix of HTML/AJAX, not to mention that any client that chooses a 100% flash site was not properly informed, your HTML designs still use tables and are sliced like hell, your markup is not valid, bevels are so 90's, shadows are improperly used....should i go on?Originally posted by zuzanadesign

I do more design work than I outsource BY FAR, I have 5 people that work for me right now and we do 100's of projects a week with no problems ... And Tender you have been paid soooo much money from me... You act like I never paid you a dime and I'm not going to...Comment

anyways, i acted like this co's you forced me to do it. if you want to settle the problem you've done your part. its been months sarah.
lets make it clear.
1: You got an order from a large company
2: We worked for the project
3: I received some payments
4: Continued working with the project
5: Months later.. Payment was late.
6: We stopped working for you becuase we haven't received the money owed
7: Months and months we keep on waiting. You sent a couple of bucks when i bitch on boards.
8: ... and still waiting for the last payment.
9: keep on teeling me money was sent on bank then after a few weeks it was fucked up.
and so on and so on..
i don't mind waiting if you are fucking broke but damn i know you we're paying someone that i know that are working for you. but i don't get it why we still not received or fixed the problem.. we stopped working for rage galls when the payment was late before feb. ok, then its september now... you sent 300 on epassporte aug 08 but still owe us money. i told you i could pay that childish thing you wanted lol.. if you really want to settlle this you've tried to contact me or email me. yes i received emails dunno you keep on lying. money will be sent blah blah blah! you can;t stop me on doing this sarah. settle the problem i'll leave your bussines. thats it!

I think if you tripped over a thread that was burried for 3 years on GFY, you should be checked for brain damage, or maybe the people that believe you shouldCarbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
