So you just gave serge 60 thousand dollars as a gift? Since you were shitting money back then as you claim, surely you had a lawyer? That would tell you things like...someone stealing your money is bad and you can recover it?
With all this money you had and how honest you are...you didn't have a lawyer or anyone telling you, "hey - let's get the money this guy stole from us? He's libeling us as well...he has lots of money - let's sue?"
This makes absolutely no sense to just let someone take your hard earned clicks.
