The most extreme case I know of is a couple (man & wife) who have been doing the shit for many years (him, about 7 and her, 8-9 years). They do it on a daily basis, except for when they crash. He has no facial signs (other than a a little pimple here and there, nothing out of the ordinary) and neither does she. I'll also point out that she wears no make up at all, so it would be very obvious.
I agree that most people have facial problems, I'm just saying that I know first hand that not all do.
