XPAYS-Did Paris give you a signed release form + ID?

If not arent you putting your affiliates at risk by giving them content you dont have a release for? These new 2257 regulations will be a bitch huh?

What do you plan to do when the time comes that you need the release form + ID but you dont have it to give?

I dont think thats what his intent was... what he prob meant was that its not displayed on the website..

While im sure xpays is legally covered to use the video , i would be doubtfull they have photo's of her i.d. ( and i assume this is required for 2257 compliance , although i'm not a lwayer and dont know how that works ) It's possible they do , but my guess would be they dont.. rick gets paid , paris allows it for a cut from rick. ( nothing wrong with that )

Where it gets a little strange is , the video was obviously not produced for market, so they couldnt have had 2257 documents from "before" the video , so they must have had it from "after". If someone was to question the "age" of paris hilton in the video , the documents would be from "after" the video was shot..

Not sure of the legality of this , but i'm sure xpays does.

First of all. A release form is not required under 2257. Secondly, In the proposed regulations, Section 75.2 paragraph d (pretty sure it's d) is a grandfather clause.

Go fuel some other fire. There's enough ignorant people already throwing gas in the 2257 flames.

How about if you link us to the law that requires a pic of the model holding 2 forms of ID and a release. In fact, just post a link to the law about needing 2 forms of ID in the first place.
