oldest square there Vrijthof, nice pubs relaxed ppl, yummy beer, ppl there are different then in the rest of Holland, basically cause the way of life here is different, more laidback imho... they even speak a different language here...

Good discussions here. I think that like anywhere Holland has its problems but the laid back attitude and way of life are what attracts me. I just need to learn the language. Thank God my hosts spoke almost perfect English (cept for their 7 year old son lol). I think the next time I go back I wanna do more touristy stuff than lst time. And not the usual stuff. I mean like rent a car and go deep into the country and see the smaller towns and stuff. And do more beach touring. Thats how I spent most of my time there. You all have some of the best and most seculded beaches ive ever seen. Perfect for seeing lots of semi-naked beautiful women. And they have no problems taking it off. Its an accepted thing there, unlike the US where the bible thumpers rule - like it or notComment

Oh forgot about this. When I was there some black guy tried to rob a gas station with a grenade launcher lmao Here in the US we woulda used a gun. lol Too bad you all dont have more liberal weapons laws. If the criminals have to resort to grenade launchers they might wanna rethink the laws a bit
