Will the updated section 2257 regulations mark the end of Thumbs TGP/MGP sites?

How will any such site settled in the USA stay in business?

Why should any go down? What is so hard about text listings or softcore thumbs?

Couldn't they just require submitters to host the thumbs - maybe even use iFrames to pull in the submitter hosted thumb previews or something?

The big players will make it work.

Has anyone actually confirmed the new regulations yet? As of last night, it was all speculation.

Besides, there is always the chance of a lawsuit striking this harassment tactic down.
