Ego is often mistaken for confidence. I've had a few people tell me that I have a pretty big ego. Then after getting to know me they realized that I really don't, I'm just confident in myself.
On the flip side we have people that don't believe in themselves and have no confidence whatsoever. That is usually what's holding them back from being who they really want to be.
The world needs more confident people.
