Waiting in line all that time for a movie is ridiculous.

Grandson don't be one of those guys that stands in line for 5 hours to watch a star wars movie

That's precisely what I'll tell him. Then I'll tell him that with the 2 hours I would have lost waiting in line I made about 2 grand. I sunk that into my home theater and didn't have to deal with rude people talking, crying babies, and germ sneezing warts and had a grand ole time.

I was first in line for the first Orlando, FL showing of Star Wars in 1977. I waited then I'll wait now. But i won't stay up until 3am to see it ;-)

All the other Star Wars movies premiered at the Chinese Theater in Hollywood, so a bunch of dork... um... I mean kids lined up there a few weeks ago to be the first to see this latest installment. Problem is... it was debuting at the Arclight Theater down the street.

So a friend of mine was driving past the Chinese Theater the other day and saw them all bundled up with their folding chairs, bottles of water and snacks. So he leans out his window and yells at the top of his lungs... "THE FORCE IS STRONGER OVER AT THE ARCLIGHT, ASSHOLES!!!"
