After reading the TGP tutorial, I decided to give it a try. I signed up for a basic plan with High Country Hosting, which was under $7. They installed all the scripts I needed like Comus, Turbo Traffic Trader (TTT) and an ad rotator. They also include Urchin which is an excellent stats program. My TGP was up and running within 24 hours of first contacting them.

The basic plan was perfect for starting out, because you're not going to have alot of traffic at first and there's no sense in paying for bandwidth you're not using. When I needed more bandwidth, I just contacted them, and they bumped me up to a bigger plan.

Eventually, I decided that a TGP was not something that I wanted to do at that time. So I scrapped it and now I'm doing blogs and freesites. In the future, I'll probably try a TGP again, it just wasn't what I wanted at that particular time.

But I've stuck with High Country Hosting, and I'm very happy with their service.
