ok, ok, I guess it would be a hit bot that spoofed ips, had an algorithim for high volume periods, was based from a site that was also hitbotted so it would have a high visitor rank, and was capable of a second page click with a random timer to spoof a real surfer having a look at the offer.

This is why I think its very unlikely to ever have a strait pay per click program again.
