                If i was a cop and outside of the car when he ran at me i would have shot him "to kill " also , because he was too close to shoot in the leg to stop him..

                BUT

                They didnt need to get out of the car in the first place.

                Im not sure if any of you saw the recent knife wielding man in toronto canada.

                Almost the same scenario , man with a knife in the middle of the street and no civilians within sight..

                Instead of shooting the man ,one of the cops just got into his poice cruiser and ran him down. It makes alot more sense, the guy didnt even get injured nor any cop or civilian. Chances are your not going to kill the guy by running him down at 10 mph, but you will disarm him.

                        With all due respect, you don't know WTF you would do if you were a cop.

                        Let's just say they did manage to arrest him without getting injured in the process . . . could we send him to Canada?
