Depends on how ugly the smart chick is
But for real, if I had a choice between a super hot but dumb and lame chick and a smart but average looking girl, I'd always take the smart one. I just hate the "look how hot I am" type of girls and go with the natural one's who are just themselves.
That all goes for relationships only of course. For a one night stand, I'd hit the hot one
