I agree they should have the right to enforce their copyright on it.
I think it's been made clear for a long time that this video, much like Playboy, Perfect 10, and Suz Randall are shit you need to stay away from (amung others).
However, I do not agree with the way this is being blown up into a huge issue. It's going to send a ripple effect to others who are int he celebrity niche, even those NOT in hardcore.
It reminds me of the stuff with the RIAA a few years back.
I'm not saying the Xpays should not enforce it. Nor that they do not have the rights, because they obviously do. I just do not agree with the broader implications this brings.
