    This board is getting awfully tiring

    It's funny how quickly a fun free-form place like this can run wild into anarchy of the trolls.

    Have any of you considered that respect goes to people who save their drama for something important?

    A lot of you guys are wasting precious time in your lives creating enemies in the mirror image of yourselves.

    I think Lens has to tighten things up here and start targetting repeat trolls early on.

                          Yeah, people say its always been like this. But it can't really have been this bad.

                          A pile of kids just squabbling about total bullshit in countless threads.

                          Anyone remember the forum at afternic.com. Used to be a great domain discussion board but then gradually just became useless as the trolls & kids moved in. When it was finally shutdown it was difficult to find a single domain related thread.

                              I've ADMIN on other boards and for a while I thought that 'trolls' (as they call them) were bad for the page, but after a while them Hits start adding up and you realize that them 'trolls' are the ones telling their friends about the page, and then they tell their friends and so on... get it? The tricky part is finding the 'Problem Trolls'... people who lurk pages and forums lookign for trouble, they get off at getting banned and creating arguments and flame wars... but there's no way of telling who's a 'Problem Troll' untill they start to cause trouble...

                                      I agree, a bit of drama and mud-slinging is great for a board. The problem is the amount.

                                      If there's major bullshit drama threads every day then it loses all impact.

                                                                          I agree, I am seldom with my visits, I come here for humour and knowledge. Of late they both seem non existant. Once we are rid of the "Axis of Evils" this board will get more of my attention.

                                                                              I agree - I think the signup process should include a 'live' domain with whois to match. The multiple nick folks - some can be funny - other's do it to voice their opinions without it reflecting on themselves. Kinda like sending anonymous complaints/threats - demonstrates you can't stand-by or backup your logic/thoughts/ideas/decisions/opinion and have them validated.

                                                                              They should bring back the daily top quality threads - this way people will actually start threads of greater quality. It had started a trend of quality threads.
