    My before and after pics! (Pics)

    So I've been training for MMA for a while now. Training in Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu and Muai Thai. I started at 305 lbs at 7ft tall and am down to 275 lbs. Things are going so well I thought I'd share.

    Lots of pics of other fighters and such at my blog if you care to check it out. I enjoy knowing other folks are reading it and maybe helping to inspire others to train and get into shape...(I know some of you need it as much as I did haha) My Fight Training Blog

                                  I'm actually preparing a shitload of new galleries for the sites as well.

                                  Come on now, there is a good 20lbs difference in those pics and my face isn't near as fat. Wait until the new pics are done and you will see a huge difference. I can almost see my abs again...friggin crazy!
