anyone here have extreme reaction to caffiene?

ive had ONE cup of coffee and i cant stop shaking.... hearts bout to jump out of my chest and feel like its gonna explode. might pass out any moment.

im so sensitive to caffiene.. sometimes when i go to a cafe and ask for decaf and they give me regular without telling me or make a mistake -it only takes one sip and i start to jitter.. i lways know if they've "spiked me"

energy drinks with caffeine - i'd be out cold on the floor after the first half can

Every now and then I'll go through like a weeks time frame of having weird reactions. Happened a couple weeks ago. My heart was beating like crazy, so I cut out all caffeine for a week or so. Now I'm drinking several caffeinated beverages daily with no problems.

Most of the time caffeine has the reverse effect on my body; instead of ‘pepping’ me up, it makes me extremely drowsy to the point that I almost fall asleep. Back in college when I had trouble sleeping I’d actually drink a full cup of coffee, it would put me to sleep fairly fast.

weird - i was just reading a column on Sportsline about the energy drinks like Redbull and heart symptoms and then came here and voila - a thread about a racing heart after drinking a caffeinated drink.
I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

I once tried a coffee brand with 'ganoderma content' on it, and my body's reaction aint really that good.

I'm exactly like that too, sometimes it feels like my heart is pumping like crazy from a single coffee. Other times it does nothing. I have very odd reactions to caffeine.

No problem here, I only drink Redbull though.. Sometimes I do feel my heart pump but that's after a couple Cherry Coke Redbulls (like 5/6 or something) or something..

I see all my friends dependant to coffee in the morning, so I stay away. I actually don't like the taste either. I'd also like to be able to sleep for those 4 hours I'm in bed too.

I wish I had a better reaction to caffeine. Otherwise, I wouldn't be drinking 3-4 2liter botters a day of diet Mtn. Dew and Pepsi One.

I don't have any extreme reaction to caffeine. I love coffee so it would suck if I couldn't drink the stuff.
