Here is the truth... it was a total setup.However,it wasn't the government that was behind it.It was a well-known NewYork Developer.He had new projects scheduled..very lavish highend residentials.The towers were blocking the view of the water.By taking the towers down,he was able to increase the price of each condo by nearly 400%.
