Brandon, I'm happy to answer questions here but I'm not seeing too many direct questions...mostly just complaints.
I offered to speak to anyone directly in an effort to quickly reply to any specific questions people may have. Why is that a bad thing?
Please feel free to post questions if you feel the answers will be of value to you.
