What if you tell a surfer that you are going to give him an "open hand slap" if you ever see him?

This would be opposed to telling them that you are gong to knock them the fuck out.

While leaving a red mark, an "open hand slap" is does more to embarass the surfer than to injure them and rarely knocks someone out.

Is that ok?
