OK so here's my guess of what will happen:

Christian will be curious and try to explore his sexuality but find out that he is not gay.

Julia will die giving birth to the baby. Then the baby survives and Sean tries to operate on the baby and then the baby dies.

Matt becomes extremely involved in Scientology and gets invited to be on Oprah and jumps on her couch. Now that would be awesome!
