I do send traffic that is not looking for cams and still get the odd sign up...

Seriously though if I was pushing through cam targetted traffic and getting no sign ups I would be looking at what I was doing first and foremost...and then change it because if a non-cam small fry like me gets some sign ups then you are doing something seriously wrong!
