My dad wasn't smoked for 3 months! Quite good really as he used to smoke 40 a day andhas been smoking all his life.

Even if you don't deliberately inhale them, you'll get some nicotine inside of you, and since nicotine is one of the most addictive substances known to man that's enough to spark the addiction again in most cases.

Thanks Lykos, I did the patch step down program, 21 mg's for 1 month, 14 mg's for 2 weeks and 7 mg's for 2 weeks, feel fucking great.

I just passed my first month smoke free on the 11th

for anyone who thinks they "cant do it", you can, you just dont WANT to quit.
once you CHOOSE you WANT to quit, then its easy as pie!

No offense but I have never figured out the big deal about quitting smoking. It isn't like coke or booze or other drugs that make you feel good.

I quit smoking all the time and then I start again.

Whatever works for you.
