Shhh! We all know that they will not and can not prosecute people. That what your saying is the same old "the sky is falling" BS that has been around for the past 7-8 years. That things have changed a great deal since the 80's and operation Miporn. That in the event they ever do go after anyone it would be the very extreme type of people or large companies. That they could never get an obscenity charge to stick and an obscenity charge is not just an open door to look into other possible charges like tax evasion. So stop scaring the sheep.

it seems to be a lot riskier when you're distributing "hard" copies of your product and serve that product out of "brick and mortar" type stores......It's too easy to get busted mailing a DVD to some bubbafuck part of Alaama and catching a charge.

No the tax fraud was the EXCUSE. The REAL purpose was to stop porn. That's like saying the feds really only cared about Al Capones tax evasion and not his mafia doings. They couldn't give a rats ass about Capone's taxes they just wanted to stop the mob and tax evasion was the way to do it.
