The Radical Republicans are taking their lessons from history.

The Third Reich likewise removed the system of checks and balances in the German Government and seized adsolute power over judicial nominations and, eventually the judiciary as a whole.

Whereas the Third Reich demonized liberals, gays, and Jews; the Radical Republicans are leaving the Jews out of this round of persecutions, for now.

Again, we are seeing the Radical Republican's tactics of threats, intimidation, and demonizing to seize power in our Government as used by the Third Reich . Examples such as Tom Delays promise to make case judges "pay for their behavior", Repubilcan congressional staffers calling for mass impeachment, James Dobson's call on Congress to eliminate entire court circuits, and Pat Robertson's statements that judges pose a worse threat than the September 11th terrorist.

Non-Aryans, political opponents of the Nazis, and all persons suspected of antagonism to the aims of the Party were summarily removed (2967-PS). The provisions of the Law for the Restoration of Professional Civil Service of 7 April 1933 applied to all judges. This was declared expressly in the third regulation for the administration of the law. (2867- PS).....

This must stop as it is un-American and goes against our 200 year history of checks and balances.
