That's like this guy here in Canada....

he wins 28million dollars and waits a year to collect it... You have up until one year, and he claimed like 5 days before it expired....

Wonder what he was waiting for all that time, he said he just wanted to wait and let it soak in, so that he would be rational about it....

media said it was cuz he was going thru a divorce and didnt want to share.,..

still a year knowing you fucking rich, and not using it
