    free image hosting - profitable?

    how do they manage to turn a profit?

    it seems like the bandwidth far outweights the profits from advertising (after all, what are the chances of an anime kiddie clicking on an Adsense ad on debt consolidation)?

                      did some research, and just recently, a guy was selling a 100k/day established image hosting website that earned about $200-400/month.
