I am also was one of those that was taken for a grand. Mine was not part of any donation or surgery. It was a loan for her moving back or to wherever she ended up, after she moved to the west coast.
I have chalked this up as a loss already. Yes I want my cash back but I doubt I will ever see it. I even offered to allow her to work it off however, never got any real responses aside from her saying she would pay.

This is my view, if con artists get away with coning people then they will keep on conning other decent people because they can and if none of their victims take action and make them face the consequences through legal or illegal actions then these scammers will continue to scam people.
You say Tala has no money but how do YOU know this? Did you get that info from her blog? If that is so, then how do you not know that it was merely a lie? Finding out info like that would be enough info to discourage an honest person like yourself. Personally, I wouldn't trust that info. I would need to see for myself if she was broke or not
Sorta makes me wonder about other things that people in this thread have mentioned like her operation, how do people know that wasn't a scam as well? Anyone got any proof that she had an operation at all? How much money did she rack up from that collection?

I understand the whole principle part. It does piss me off to no end when I think about it for even a bit. It just is not as easy for me to go hunting someone down.
She knows damn well I am in a wheelchair and get hit with very large medical bills all of the time. I work damn hard for my money, even if a good portion of it just goes to doctors or hospitals. I also though know what it is like to be a little down on your luck or finances at the moment. I have borrowed money from other before when I was in such a predicament, I just always paid people back fast or at least kept them informed and at the top of my whom to pay off list. In the same vein I have loaned out tens of thousands to people in this industry over the course of the last few years. Everyone aside from her has paid me back when promised or at least paid me in full and kept me in the loop as to why they were late.
I hate thieves and I really hate being stolen from. Honestly if someone wants or needs something so bad they are willing to steal it from me, just fucking tell me and I would rather just give it to you than you rip me off.Comment
