how dumb can one be ?! if the wires are tied together from the GROUND, its pretty easy to see why upper devices didnt go off, right ? ignorant !!! if you cut a circuit at a certain point there is no longer an electric pulse served ... and only very few floors have been affected by the planes impact ... you better go back to school man
