That was pretty much my point. We have shot same big name models who had exclusives, including a hustler cover girl and others, although in general being a "name" devalues a model for me as my surfers want fresh faces.
"Exclusive" porn contracts aren't really legally enforcable is most cases anyway, for a variety reasons ranging from the practical (you wanna pay a lawyer 100K or more to try to collect from a porn model???) to the legal (unless you are paying a weekly salary, courts generally would not consider the contract valid).
I've got no problem with a "real" exclusive contract, meaning you pay a model an annual salary for a year, and she works only for you. But lately I am having more than a few models tell me they signed "so-called" exclusive contracts that weren't anything of the sort, they just said they couldn't work for anybody else, lol.
Those are the contracts that rightly are as valuable as toilet paper. Any court would laugh at it.
