              you can also get a program like AnonySurf and use a rotating proxy

                      most of these do not allow access to https which is what you need and i am sure their proxies have been used up too. There is a very easy way to never get banned.

                                  Im offering whatever it takes to get it working. I dont want to have to get dialup or dsl or any of that bs. I just want something that will work easily with my current broadband connection so I can keep posting on CL. Thanks

                                      I use anonysurf on a daily basis, I check xroxy and add in my new ips, it works perfectly

                                      I am pretty sure I access https also with it

                                                      Google -> free proxies
                                                      Google -> Charon -> download -> Install
                                                      Google -> Proxy Judges

                                                      run the proxies trough Charon (use good Judges), use the anonimous ones and you're done, or the htpts ones if that's what you need

                                                      I know it sounds terribly complicated but it isn't, your other options aren't free
