uhm if you bid on a auction then you it goes to private auction, if noone bids further the first bid wins it, which was yours, there is nothing they did wrong, and you bid the initial amount which is clearly marked as non refundable.

lol your probably right, cant work out why fraud department have closed my account and refunded my money then. It says "as per TOS" in the email, probably because i told them i wasnt going to pay them.
