Assume 100k a month total affiliate payouts, so if webmasters are getting 60% then lightspeed is making 70k/month which they're paying commision on. Assume another 30k of old rebills and members who didnt sign up thru affiliate codes - thats 100k a month, 1.2 million a year, minus employess, paying the girls (tawnee etc get a fair chunk of $$), webmaster referal payouts, advertising the program, bla bla bla...
maybe 800k a year? say a million a year being generous?
so at value = 2 years earnings.. $2 million

Lets face it.. this has to be a practical joke or a gag. Steve is way too intelligent to create a panic that his company is up for sale and post it on a board. That is exactly what is going to happen - panic. He was a winning formula starting from the top - and thats why all webmasters trust lightspeedcash with steve / rochard / sweetums and the rest of the team. This post is too create interest and more than likely is a smart advertising trick.
If he truly had intentions of selling he is not going to post it on an open forum but rather he would slowly contact those he knows will have the integrity and cash that is required to keep it growing. For all the money in the world, I dont think steve would let it be sold to someone who may drive it into the ground and destroy his dream not too mention ruin his employees lives if the company should fall.
Its as much money as it would be integrity of ownership. If steve was truly going to retire - he is not going to stop future cash flow or feel that whatever millions he would make off of it would carry him for the next 60 years of his life.
