raced for HOLDEN (generl motors)
he won the bathurst race i think more times than anyone (imight be wrong- allan moffat may take that trophy)
after his tourung car career ended he raced in rallys-always in holdens.. usually toranas..the old car he made famous
in australia-if there was ever a car show or auto commercialon tv or campaign against drink driving u could be sure brocky was the face of it
i grew up with his poster on my door....and i dont even like holden! (it's a ford thing...aussies know what i mean)
