Concerning TGPs that have a submit page but no information about where to link to and no recip image, but the galleries listed all have a recip image of that TGP, can I assume they do not take any submissions?

Good lists are hard to find these days, most people cant be botherd updating them.
Make your own, this is what most webmasters do..
