                    The day he was released... he went out and got drunk again and was pulled over with a suspended liscence.. driving drunk.. What did he get? SWEET FUCK ALL but a fine.

                    Yup. A slap on the wrist after he already KILLED someone with his stupidity even though he was not suposed to be driving, was driving drunka nd has prior history to driving drunk.

                    He was once caught drinking and driving later on and still, just a fine. He's now last I heard not driving anymore but blaming the kid he killed for the accident saying the kid was in the middle of the road... even though the tire marks go into the ditch where the kids were near.

                                    the man that hit my husband was 5 times over the limit and got three points on his license and a 500 pound fine. They had the trial/hearings while my husband laid there in his three month coma. It is so lucky I don't know his name because on the day my husband died I think I would have killed that man myself..heck, think I could do it now if the mood struck.

                                    I have exactly NO sympathy that drinks and drives and if they luck out and hit someone and don't kill them I think they should still be charged with the highest charges because it isn't their fault they didn't kill them - atleast attempted murder.
