If this is happening is it worth expanding it to something more than just a party? Get some business done too maybe the next day or somesuch? Fuck making it a webmaster event. There are more than enough of those going on this fall. If people want to do more than one night maybe people could get together the night before the party for dinner and a small party. If enough people go maybe someone would even help sponsor it. Similar things have happened before.
Outside of Internext most shows have really scaled back on show floors.. in fact they are almost non-existant outside Internext and maybe some of the European shows. The people who would go to something like this would for the most part be people looking to network during parties, dinner, drinks, etc rather than listen to the same speeches from the same company reps that they see at all the same shows.Old SchoolComment

Well, I'm crossing my fingers hoping something will happen.
The thing to debate is whether the Erotica show is worth attending for most of the webmasters. That's a porn trade show.
For me, I'd rather see this show come out for Webmaster Access time. But if Relish is paying for the talent, I'll come out there anytime.
Relish, find a venue in Amsterdam and let's do both. We'll scale down and instead of doing 50 Cent, I can get Jay-Z for one and Snoop for the other.
Weed for thought. I mean food for thought.
