      Well I've said it before..once you run from guys who are authorized to carry guns and ask you to stop you broke the rules...now anything can happen.
      Not justifying what they did or why they did it...I'm just saying if you run from cops you have to know that this is a possible ending.
      And btw he was not "unarmed" he had a huge ass vehicle that he was thrusting around putting people's lives in danger.

                  That is the first time that I saw it, and from what I saw, the cops will walk. that video, DOES NOT CLEARLY show the the vehicle was NOT moving, as some people have said. If he back that truck at or towards anyofficer or person, then the cops are justified in the shooting. As for the 120 rouunds shout, and 4 hits to the guy, there are tons of reasons that this can happen. Aderaline for one. Glass for another etc. etc.etc.

                  The actions of the officers will be reviewed, and be sure that if they had not right to shoot, some if not all of them will loose their jobs.

                                                                                  Deputies had received a shots-fired call early Monday in a neighborhood of Compton where there has been a rise in gang-related shootings. A white SUV had been identified as being involved, Baca said.

                                                                                  When deputies tried to stop Hayes' white Chevrolet Tahoe, he led them on a 12-minute chase at speeds of up to 35 mph, Baca said. Patrol cars tried to box in the SUV, but it drove onto a lawn and then backed into the street toward three deputies, authorities said.

                                                                                  An amateur videotape captured 10 deputies unleashing a fusillade against the unmoving SUV. The vehicle then rolled slowly forward and struck the back of a patrol car.

                                                                                      they were responding to shots fired, the vechile description matched this guy in the video, they tried to stop him and he ran. why'd he run? for all the cops knew he was shooting off rounds in the air or at a rival gang and might of opened fire on the police. go listen to nwa you stupid wiggers

                                                                                                  When i initially heard the story i thought the cops were way out of line , but after seeing the video , i'm not so sure.. Its a little unclear from the video angle , but he obviously was putting the cops lives in danger.. Some people arent aware that an suv driven by a maniac is much the same as a loaded gun.

                                                                                                  Theres no reason to shoot so many bullets , but they had to disable the vehicle.. Someone mentioned "why didnt they shoot the tires out " . well i'm sure that's why they missed the suspect so many times, ( possibly ) it appeared they were trying to disable the vehicle not the driver..

                                                                                                  Knowing some details and seeing the video , i say it was justified.. ( granted i dont know all the details )
