Are you his only client? Is he inhouse? How full is his schedule? How many jobs is he currently working on along with yours? Did you mail him any coke?
Lots of variables.
I do max 10 per day with a clean plate. Anymore than that and I'll be producing crap cause I am sick of looking at galleries. With a heavy work load, that might be cut to 7 or 5. It all depends.
Now, I am not speaking for every designer, but those are my limits.Comment

you are thinking too much ,the question is straightforward and so should your answer be ,there are no variables other than what kind of quality does the gallery have to beComment

well, you need to consider other options for your design works. it seems your worker is too lazy to work anymore. normally, you get 4-5 galleries /day.Originally posted by BigRodI get one a day from my well paid inhouse designers....DAMMIT

Exactly, some of the replies in this thread show how clueless some people in this industry truly are.Originally posted by NickPapageorgioAre you his only client? Is he inhouse? How full is his schedule? How many jobs is he currently working on along with yours? Did you mail him any coke?

Bullshit.. Nobody pumps out quality when they're trying to pump them out like a mill.. You think creativity just magically appears and every gallery is unique and wonderful and perfect in a matter of minutes? I agree with Nick 10 is about my limit per day too, and that isn't spending as much time on them as I'd like to assure quality. It's generally a tradeoff, you want them fast, the quality will be comprimised, you want them nice, the timetable will be longer. Designers are people too not some kind of machines who are chained to their computer 23 hours a day thinking about the next gallery design. Inspiration, creativity, etc all have to go into design.. otherwise what's the fucking point?Comment
